I have a beautiful GSD mix. His name is Wolverine, and he has been neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated.
I found him on Craigslist about a year ago. We were looking for a GSD (we really love the breed) mix that was good with kids. The owner lied and told me he was great with kids. When we got him home, it took us a little while to see that he was way too playful with the toddlers. He would knock them down, trying to play, and they would scream bloody murder. In a year this has not changed. He is simply too husky and playful for us. He is solely an outside dog.
I would love to see him go to someone with the following conditions:
other big dogs to play with
lots of land to run on
no small children (my six yr old can handle him ok, but not younger than that.)
If I cannot find anyone in the next couple weeks, I am going to have to take him to ACS to do an owner surrender.
I cannot keep this dog any longer.
